Carr's and Sparrow Beaches

During the 50's and early 60's, Anne Arundel County was still segregated and the beaches for African American's were Carr's and Sparrow Beach in Annapolis, MD. Carr's Beach was the most popular and frequented by celebrities like Ray Charles and Etta James.
